HomeschoolWe have a fun and active homeschool class, with a good mix of boys and girls of a broad range of age, ability, and size. With emphasis on power tumbling and trampoline activities, this class is an excellent way to get your kids excited about your Physical Education program!

 

Homeschool The dedicated staff strives to provide encouragement, confidence, solid instruction, and coordination in students. The students, in turn, get an oportunity to be part of a class environment for a small amount of time. Parents are not required to stay, but are always welcome to. Parents can make use of the tables and chairs or bleachers to watch the class or connect with other homeschoolers.

 

Homeschool classes have a special reduced rate. Students pay by the month: $8/class for the first student, $7/class for the 2nd sibling, and $6/class for each additional family member. Tuition should be paid at the first class meeting each month. Membership fee is $20 per student per year. No memberships will exceed $60 per year per family. If you wish to pay by the class it is $12.50 per class.

Adult Gym

Ages 14 years and older

 

AdultThere are a wide variety of students in this class, including four in their fifties who have been taking this class for numerous years. Lots of fun, and great to enhance your fitness, strength, and flexibility levels.

Young Adult Conditioning

Geared for students aged 13-21, this class emphasizes healthy approaches to strength training, cardio, endurance training, and general fitness in an environment that is laid back, easygoing, and supportive. Class meets two days per week, with one class focusing on upper body, and one on lower body. You can take one or both. The Young Adult Conditioning class has a special reduced rate. Students pay by the month: $5/class. Tuition should be paid at the first class meeting each month. Membership fee is $25 per student per year. No memberships will exceed $65 per year per family. If you wish to pay by the class it is $7.50 per class.

Adult Fitness

This class meets twice per week and is geared for adults. Difficulty is subjective to the class. Various sizes, fitness levels, and ages are supported. Emphasis will be placed on healthy approaches to strength training, cardio, endurance training, and general fitness in an environment that is laid back, easygoing, and supportive. There will be no weighing or measuring in this class, either publicly or privately. Our sole purpose is on getting healthier and stronger, not on weight or size. The Adult Fitness class has a special reduced rate. Students pay by the month: $5/class. Tuition should be paid at the first class meeting each month, and should include payment for how many classes you wish to attend in that month. Membership fee is $25 per student per year. No memberships will exceeed $65 per year per family. If you wish to pay by the class it is $7.50 per class.

Private and Semi-Private Lessons

Private and semi-private lessons are available on a limited basis. We offer these at times when our instructors are available.

 

Fees: Private - $18 to $25 per half hour, depending on instructor

Semi-Private - $10-$15 per student per half hour

 

We are committed to serving our community, and are usually able to accommodate a variety of special physical, mental, and visual needs on a one-on-one basis; as well as large families, friend groups, etc. Please call us to see if we can help.

Back Handspring

Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 Pay as you come -- $5/class for members, $15/class for non-members. This class will focus on back handsprings.
